Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.

Strong knowledge of integration techniques and middleware platforms related to SAP Successfactors.

Experience in designing and implementing APIs and web services for seamless data exchange.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across diverse systems.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and agile frameworks.

Competence in scripting and automation to optimize integration workflows.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
