Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align software development with business objectives.


    Professional & Technical Skills:


    Must To Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing custom software components using modern frameworks.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques and system interoperability within enterprise environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
