Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with business objectives.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience with integration techniques and middleware platforms.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to integrations.

Familiarity with cloud-based environments and deployment processes.

Excellent coding skills with attention to performance and scalability.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
