Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring seamless communication among team members and stakeholders.
Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead the application design and development process

Ensure timely delivery of projects

Provide guidance and mentorship to team members Professional Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Canadian Payroll

Strong understanding of payroll processes

Experience in configuring and customizing Workday Canadian Payroll

Knowledge of integration with other HR systems

Experience in leading application development projects

This position is based at our Bengaluru office
