Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Maintain and update documentation to support software development and deployment processes.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Continuously monitor and improve software performance and reliability.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management.

Strong understanding of SAP HCM Time Management modules and their integration within enterprise systems.

Experience in customizing and configuring SAP HCM Time Management to meet specific business needs.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time management processes and workflows.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Competence in analyzing system requirements and designing effective solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
