Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.

Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration.

Strong knowledge of database management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within SAP HANA environments.

Experience with backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.

Ability to monitor system health and optimize resource utilization for high availability.

Familiarity with security best practices and user access management in database systems.

Capability to work with database replication and disaster recovery solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
