Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Maintain and update existing software components to improve reliability and efficiency.

Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Workday Procurement.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience with integration of procurement modules within enterprise systems.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.

Familiarity with coding standards and best practices for maintainable software.

Capability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Procurement.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
