As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work supports the evolving needs of the business by continuously enhancing system functionalities and adapting to new requirements, fostering innovation and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.


Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
  • Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and user experience.
  • Document development processes and code changes to ensure clarity and maintainability.
  • Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.


    Professional & Technical Skills:


    Must To Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with content management systems and digital asset management.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Understanding of integration techniques and API usage within web applications.
  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
