Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.

Strong knowledge of mainframe environments and their integration with enterprise systems.

Experience in debugging and optimizing legacy code to improve system performance.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality assurance.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
