As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to build scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and continuous enhancement of software to support evolving organizational goals and user needs.


Roles Responsibilities:
  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
  • Maintain and update existing software components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Document development processes and code changes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
  • Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.


    Professional Technical Skills:


    Must To Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Neotys NeoLoad.
  • Experience in performance testing and load testing using Neotys NeoLoad.
  • Ability to analyze system behavior under various load conditions and identify bottlenecks.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize software performance.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Neotys NeoLoad.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
