Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the software environment are integral parts of your daily activities.


Roles Responsibilities:
  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
  • Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
  • Document technical specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
  • Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.


    Professional Technical Skills:


    Must To Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
  • Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modular design principles.
  • Experience with client-side scripting and asynchronous programming techniques.
  • Ability to integrate Salesforce applications with external systems using APIs.
  • Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization strategies.
  • Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
