Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.

Maintain and update documentation related to software design and compliance standards.

Assist in identifying potential risks and ensure adherence to security and compliance protocols.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Security Compliance Management.

Experience in conducting security audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and mitigation strategies.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and their application in software development.

Ability to implement security controls and monitor compliance across software systems.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate security policies and recommend improvements.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Security Compliance Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
