Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.

Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.

Document software designs, processes, and updates to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.

Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize software components.

Familiarity with integration of manufacturing execution systems within broader enterprise environments.

Ability to work with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to manufacturing software solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
