Utilizing contemporary development frameworks and agile methodologies, the engineer focuses on creating high-quality solutions that meet unique business requirements while continuously improving system performance and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for modification and enhancement.

Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).

Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing custom software components within enterprise environments.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.

Familiarity with integration techniques and working with multiple system interfaces.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
