Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.

Ensure the quality and performance of software components through rigorous testing and validation.

Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of software designs and development processes.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.

Experience with integration techniques and middleware platforms related to SAP Successfactors.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.

Familiarity with data exchange standards and protocols used in enterprise applications.

Capability to optimize and enhance existing integration solutions for better performance.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
