As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions fit seamlessly within the organizational framework. Your role includes continuous refinement and adaptation of software components to support evolving business objectives, ensuring that the applications remain efficient and effective in meeting operational demands. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation within the software development lifecycle.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software customization.

Document and communicate design specifications and application configurations clearly to stakeholders.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Continuously monitor and improve application performance and user experience.

Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest improvements and innovations.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C.

Strong understanding of customer relationship management concepts and their application within SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C.

Experience in configuring and customizing SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C modules to meet business requirements.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C implementations.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C with other enterprise systems.

Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
