Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.

Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance system reliability and user experience.

Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Familiarity with data integration and reporting tools within enterprise environments.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software products.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
