Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project requirements.

Support the documentation and communication of project progress and challenges.

Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Program Project Management.

Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and effective collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.

Experience with project planning tools and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.

Problem-solving skills to address challenges encountered during the software development lifecycle.

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Project Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
