Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.

Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in IBM Cognos TM1.

Experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions using modern development frameworks.

Strong understanding of agile software development practices and methodologies.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within software applications.

Familiarity with performance optimization techniques to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in IBM Cognos TM1.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
