Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
The resource will perform advanced analytics and data science to generate actionable insights, build predictive models, and support decision-making for business and operational outcomes. Build and evaluate statistical/ML models to solve defined business problems.
Design and run experiments/hypothesis tests interpret results for stakeholders.
Conduct exploratory analysis, feature engineering, and model monitoring.
Partner with data engineering to productionize data inputs and scoring outputs.
Present findings through clear narratives, visuals, and recommendations.
Required Skills
Python/R for analytics strong statistical foundations.
Ability to convert business questions into analytical approaches.
Data wrangling and communication/storytelling skills .
Preferred
Experience in regulated domains (healthcare/insurance) or similar high compliance environments.
Familiarity with model governance, bias checks, and documentation standards.
