Role and Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to CFO/Controller/Finance Opsframing options, impacts, and trade offs in clear business terms lead executive level design decisions Lead end to end functional architecture for Workday Financials, ensuring cohesive design across finance pillars and consideration of cross functional impacts Facilitate design workshops / architect sessions, drive requirements, map processes, prototype configuration, and confirm designs with stakeholders. Validate Workday integrations in Workday and support testing, cutover, and hypercare. Ensure alignment with HCM, Payroll, Integrations, Reporting/Analytics, Data Conversion, and Change/Training workstreams maintain cohesive structures and communications. Enable reporting and dashboards in Workday (and Prism Analytics where adopted). Drive quality through reconciliation, controls validation, and production readiness.Prerequisite Agentic AI GenAI Implement Finance agents for close, AP/AR exception handling, spend compliance, and policy QAconnected to Workday Financials Build RAG for Finance (controls, policies, contract clauses) with strict access boundaries integrate approvals and audit-ready evidence capture.
