Educational Qualification : 15 years full time educationJob Description SAP FICO (Finance Controlling)Role: Senior Consultant / Team Lead SAP FICO (S/4 Transformation)Assist/Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) transformation from SAP ECC, driving design, configuration, and deployment of financial processes aligned to business objectives. Migration Conversion Activities: Lead/assist in ECC to S/4HANA system conversion (Brownfield) and/or New implementation (Greenfield) / Landscape Transformation System Preparation Assessment:Analyze existing SAP ECC landscape and custom objects, Identify custom code adaptation requirements Data Migration:FMD creationEnsure data integrity, validation, and reconciliation Business Process TransformationMap ECC processes to S/4HANA simplified processes. Work with different functional teams (MM, SD, PP, etc.) Drive business blueprint, realization, UAT, cutover, and hypercare phases Configure and implement FICO module. Manage FI-CO integration and cross-functional touchpoints (MM, SD, etc.) Lead client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution designRequired Skills Strong experience in SAP FICO (ECC and S/4HANA) Expertise in Universal Journal, Central Finance, and S/4 Finance capabilities Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and support Knowledge of integrations (MM, SD, Treasury, etc.)Experience 712+ years (Consultant) / 1015+ years (Team Lead) Minimum 23 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations
