Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

Strong experience in designing and implementing financial accounting modules within enterprise resource planning systems.

Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective software solutions.

Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies in SAP environments.

Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing SAP FI S/4HANA applications.

Knowledge of agile software development practices and tools to support iterative delivery.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
