Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the desired requirements. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with the team to drive the project forward while maintaining clear communication and collaboration throughout the development lifecycle.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software solutions.

Assist in documenting technical specifications and user guides to support application deployment and maintenance.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.

Strong understanding of automation workflows and process optimization techniques.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable robotic process automation solutions.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to automation scripts and software configurations.

Familiarity with integration of robotic process automation tools with other enterprise applications.

Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.

This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
