Basic Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelors in Computer Science or related IT technical discipline
Proficiency in at least one object oriented programming language (eg, Java, Python, C++, JavaScript) and a willingness to learn new languages as needed
Ability to demonstrate an understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (eg, React, Angular, or Vue.js)
Familiarity with development tools (IDEs, debugging tools) and familiarity with relevant frameworks and libraries
