Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain web applications using React and TypeScript. Don t worry; we ll provide the tools; you just need to figure out how to use them without breaking everything.
- Assist in the integration and management of NoSQL technologies like Elasticsearch. Because lets be honest, searching for data should be easier than finding your way out of a maze after a Netflix binge.
- Work with Git for version control. If you think this means mastering git push and git pull, you re in for a surprise good luck!
- Assist in debugging and resolving technical issues. If you can t find the bugs, just blame them on someone else like a true professional.
- Contribute to the design and development of backend services and APIs using Python. Spoiler alert: you might actually need to use some brain cells for this.
Qualifications :
- Recently graduated with a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or something equally impressive.
- Basic understanding of React and TypeScript. If you think you can Google your way through it, we can t wait to watch you fail spectacularly.
- Basic understanding of Python and its application in web development. If you think Python is just a type of snake, we might need to have a chat.
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch and its core functionalities. If you don t know what this is, you might want to rethink your life choices.
- Experience with Git and GitHub for version control because what s more fun than accidentally deleting the wrong branch
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. If you re the kind of person who thinks close enough is a viable strategy, we re not sure you ll last here.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities if you can t talk to people, you might as well be coding in a vacuum.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends. You better be ready to learn fast because this isn t a cozy classroom; it s the real world!
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. If your cloud knowledge is limited to weather apps, you may want to study up.
- Knowledge of modern frontend development practices and tools if you think modern means using Internet Explorer, we might have a problem.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. If you need a nap just reading about it, we re not sure you ll survive here.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Yes, that s a fancy way of saying we sometimes change our minds get used to it.
