Software Engineer III

Job Summary

The Quality Engineering team at Respawn is a group of world-class software developers who play a critical role within game development and quality teams.

You will report directly to the Engineering Manager and contribute to our engineering efforts to support our games, which our team releases with the highest quality.

Locations: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Responsibilities

• You will implement tools, automation, and systems needed for game and editor workflows.
• You will support all parties in the game development process.
• You will ensure the stability of tools and services, including continuous integration pipelines.
• You will document and present technical designs for peer review, and provide feedback on others designs.
• You will mentor engineers through code review and technical guidance.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience with at least one of the following: C# or C/C++
• 1+ years of experience with containerized services, databases, and storage technologies.
• Experience working with remote team members in a flexible collaborative environment.

Desirable

• Experience in Unreal Engine game development.
• Experience in web front-end technologies.
