Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and map business process in ReSA, RMS and ReIM applications.
• Identify gaps between the Oracle Retail solution's standard functionality and 7-Eleven's C-Store requirements, and propose workarounds or necessary customizations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Retail v19 or above (SaaS), including SaaS deployment and upgrade strategies.
• Monitor and tune the application performance, especially batch operations and database queries
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot critical production issues, and apply patches/upgrades.

Skills

• Pro*C, Oracle ADF, Shell Scripting, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX for custom UI development
• Design and implement integrations between Oracle Retail and other enterprise systems
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Agile environment, leading teams, practices lean principles and promoting faster time to market
• Experience in Oracle Retail SaaS implementations, including migration from on-prem to cloud
• Knowledge of REST API integrations and microservices architecture for Oracle Retail
• Familiarity with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) services for hosting and scaling Oracle Retail applications
• Expertise in performance tuning for SaaS environments, including batch optimization and database query tuning
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Retail deployments in cloud environments
• Experience with security and compliance for SaaS solutions (data encryption, identity management). Nice to have

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience working in Agile environments is highly preferred
• Functional knowledge on Oracle MOM is preferred
