Role & responsibilities
> Translate functional requirements into system configurations and enhancements in SAP EWM
> Conduct unit testing and support integration and user acceptance testing phases
> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive seamless business process execution
> Prepare configuration documents, test scripts, and end-user training materials
> Ensure compliance with internal IT standards, change control processes, and documentation protocols Support and Enablement
> Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues related to EWM processes
> Support continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and automation
> Partner with global stakeholders to ensure alignment of system capabilities with business needs
> Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and trends in warehouse management systems
