Description

We are looking for software professionals with 3+ years of experience who regularly use development tools, engineering software, productivity applications, or technical workflows as part of their day-to-day work.

Selected contributors will be paid to record their real-world workflows using a lightweight recording application provided by us. We welcome professionals from diverse technical backgrounds, including:

• Software Engineers
• Web Developers
• Data Engineers
• DevOps Engineers
• QA Engineers
• Technical Writers
• CAD/Mechanical Design Engineers
• Open-source contributors
• Professionals who regularly create, edit, debug, document, or manage technical projects

Responsibilities

• Use our recording software to capture and submit workflow sessions.
• Record authentic, day-to-day work activities; sessions must be continuous and unedited.
• Ensure no confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information is recorded, including source code, API keys, passwords, customer information, private repositories, or internal documentation.
• Use public, anonymized, open-source, or synthetic projects whenever required.
• Maintain active workflows throughout the recording. Idle or low-activity sessions will not be eligible for payment.

Eligibility

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong familiarity with at least one of the approved software applications.
• Ability to demonstrate genuine, uninterrupted workflows.
• Good understanding of professional best practices while protecting confidential information.
