Candidates having B.Tech/MSc/MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science with 2-15 years of relevant experience in medium to large-scale software development organizations are needed.

Experience: 2-15 years of relevant experience in medium to large-scale software development organizations are needed.

Desired Skills:

Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with a minimum of 3 years working with Blue Prism.
In-depth knowledge of Blue Prism automation tools and methodologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, .NET, or Java.
Strong understanding of process analysis, design, and implementation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Certification in Blue Prism or other relevant RPA certifications is a plus.
Certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
Experience with other RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc).
Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or cognitive automation technologies.
Familiarity with SQL databases and web services.
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Candidates are expected to have excellent communication skills. Being a team player is a must.
