Software Development Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, NET Framework, and .NET Core/.NET 8+.
• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Mentor and guide development teams on coding standards, best practices, and technical problem solving.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
• Drive code reviews, design reviews, and technical governance activities.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Participate in effort estimation, resource planning, and project execution.
• Manage technical risks and provide innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
• Support cloud transformation initiatives and DevOps adoption.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
• Extensive experience with REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and Web Services.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design principles.
• Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and ORM technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
• Knowledge of Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of application security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting enterprise applications.
