Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to join

our team. You will play a key role in building, maintaining, and scaling our cloud

infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, and collaborating with development

teams to enhance system reliability, security, and efficiency. This is an excellent

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in designing, implementing, and managing robust CI/CD pipelines using tools

like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.

- Help maintain, optimize, and secure our AWS cloud infrastructure using

Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Automate routine operational tasks and processes using Python, Bash, or

PowerShell.

- Support containerization and orchestration initiatives using Docker and

Kubernetes.

- Monitor system performance, reliability, and costs using tools like Prometheus,

Grafana, and New Relic.

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve

infrastructure and deployment issues.

- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure high system availability (as required).

- Contribute to comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and

runbooks.

- Assist in implementing and improving security best practices, compliance, and

cost-optimization strategies.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

Relevant cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, AWS

Certified Developer).

Experience with Kubernetes in a development or production setting.

Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching systems (Redis, Memcached).

Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern Git workflows.

Exposure to serverless architectures and event-driven design.
