Software Development Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a mid-level developer who can build and ship enterprise  features on the Taruvi low-code platform. You will use AI-assisted workflows daily writing specs, generating code with AI agents, reviewing outputs, and shipping to production. We value developers who can learn our platform deeply and deliver complete solutions, not just write isolated code.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack features on Taruvi platform: data models, serverless functions (Python), and React/TypeScript UI
• Design and implement Refine.dev pages (lists, forms, dashboards) with MUI components
• Write Python serverless functions for business logic, workflows, and integrations
• Configure platform features: permissions, roles, workflow templates, storage, notifications
• Use AI development tools (Kiro CLI, Claude, MCP tools) as primary development workflow
• Own features end-to-end: requirement schema backend frontend testing deployment.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional development experience
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Working knowledge of Python for backend/serverless functions
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Kiro, Claude, Copilot, or similar)
• Understanding of relational databases, SQL
• Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, S3, or similar)
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them to working software
• Comfortable working with low-code/platform-based development alongside custom code.

Good to Have

• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or AI agent frameworks
• Knowledge of Refine.dev or similar React admin frameworks
• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications
• Understanding of RBAC, workflow engines
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-assisted code review.

Skills

• Must-Have: React, TypeScript, Python, SQL, Git, REST APIs, AI Tools (Claude/Kiro/Copilot)
• Good-to-Have: MUI (Material UI), Refine.dev, AWS (S3, Lambda), Taruvi Base or similar platform, RBAC/Permissions
• Advanced: MCP (Model Context Protocol), Workflow Engines, Multi-tenant Architecture, PHP, Prompt Engineering, Serverless Architecture.
