Qualifications
- Develop and Maintain Automation Scripts: Create robust, reusable, and maintainable automated test scripts using Playwright (JavaScript, TypeScript preferred).
- Test Planning: Design and implement test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
- Knowledge of cloud-based test execution platforms (e.g., Sauce Labs, BrowserStack).
- Familiarity with performance and security testing concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery.
- Defect Management: Identify, log, and track software defects; assist in root cause analysis and debugging.
- Cross-Browser Testing: Ensure compatibility across multiple browsers and platforms.
- Best Practices: Advocate for automation best practices and maintain test documentation.
