About the Role
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and work across backend services, frontend interfaces, and cloud infrastructure. You'll build and maintain features end-to-end- from database schema to UI- as part of a small, generalist team where everyone contributes across the stack.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain backend services in Java (Spring Boot or equivalent)
- Build responsive, performant UIs in React JS
- Design and optimize MySQL schemas, queries, and indexes for scale
- Deploy and manage services on AWS
- Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
- Debug and resolve issues across the full stack from DB to browser
- Collaborate closely with product and design to translate requirements into working software
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Must-Have Skills
- 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong backend development in Java (Spring/Spring Boot)
- Solid experience with MySQL - schema design, query optimization, transactions
- Proficiency in React JS- hooks, state management, component architecture
- Hands-on experience with AWS services
- Understanding of REST API design and integration
- Familiarity with Git and standard version control workflows
- Ability to work independently and own features end-to-end
Good to Have
- Experience with Flutter for mobile app development
- Exposure to microservices architecture
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions)
- Experience with containerization (Docker)
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS or healthtech/wellness product environment
What We're Looking For
- A generalist mindset - comfortable moving across frontend, backend, and infra rather than
- staying in one lane
- Strong ownership and ability to work with minimal hand-holding
- Practical, pragmatic problem-solving over over-engineering
