About the Team
Join a team transforming enterprise operations through AIdriven intelligence and GenAI powered automation. Our AI platform enables contextaware automation, RCAbased remediation, and agentic AI & conversational agents - driving autonomous, selfhealing IT operations across multiple customer domains.
About the Role
We are looking to build a small, high impact Forward Deployment Team that works closely with customers to deliver pilot implementations and proofofvalue deployments. The teams mission is to rapidly showcase compelling use cases using our AI platform, helping customers experience tangible value and accelerating platform adoption.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work directly with customers to understand business and technical problems and translate them into pilot use cases.
• Design and build endtoend pilot deployments using the platform, typically within short timelines.
• Develop backend services, integrations, and workflows to support demo and pilot scenarios.
• Leverage GenAI / LLM capabilities (APIs, prompts, embeddings, existing AI agents) to implement intelligent use cases.
• Integrate platform with enterprise systems (ITSM tools, databases, cloud services, APIs)
• Build or modify basic frontend components to support demos and customer workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering team to feed learnings back into the platform.
• Support customer conversations by explaining architecture, tradeoffs, and value.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Backend development experience and handson coding with Python and/or Java.
• Experience working with GenAI technologies, including:
• LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI etc.)
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, agentbased patterns
• Experience building integrations with enterprise systems, such as:
• ITSM, observability, CRM, ERP via REST APIs / Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
• Databases, data pipelines, data platforms, or messaging systems
• Cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Exposure to cloudnative architectures (microservices, containers), DevOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure as code) and observability
• Frontend familiarity with JavaScript and React (ability to read, modify, and build basic UI flows).
• Strong debugging and problemsolving skills in ambiguous, customerfacing environments.
• Prior experience in customerfacing roles in engineering (solutions engineering, SRE, platform engineering) and support (AMS - App Management Services, IMS - Infrastructure Management Services).

EDUCATION

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in Cloud, AI, UI, Design and Enterprise Architecture are a plus.
