Software Developer SQL

Role:

• As a database developer, you will analyse current database structure and identify data redundancy and design issues.
• You will redesign tables, indexes, triggers, users to optimize code and support concurrent database processes.
• You will understand code written in stored procedures (MSSQL) and make changes or suggest optimization techniques.
• You will take ownership to migrate code from old versions of MS SQL to latest MS SQL 2025, and use latest AI enabled features for efficient code generation.

Experience/Skills:

• Proven experience in solving complex business problems involving large data volumes
• Hands-on experience of implementing optimization techniques, identifying cause of performance issues and best practices of writing optimized queries.
• Implementation experience of database structures, stored procedures, and complex queries supporting multiple concurrent users.
• Ability to understand existing code developed using database technologies (MSSQL stored procedures)
• Good knowledge of Time Series databases
• Good understanding of latest AI features for efficient code generation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
