SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

We are looking for a Software Developer to build and implement functional programs. You will work with other Developers and Product Managers throughout the software development life cycle.

In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. If you also have experience in Agile frameworks and popular coding languages (e.g. JavaScript), we??d like to meet you.

Your goal will be to build efficient programs and systems that serve user needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for delivering high quality/performance maintainable code.

• Go extra mile to identify issues in existing code and actively participate in code and product review meetings.

• Work with senior engineers, product managers to come up with best solution to real world problems.

• Work on server side technology to maintain current products and build new software products.

• Bring to the table new ideas for development.

• Reviewing current systems.

• Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals.

• Working closely with analysts, designers and staff.

• Producing detailed specifications and writing the program codes.

• Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live.

• Preparation of training manuals for users.

• Maintaining the systems once they are up and running.

• Providing support to current clients.

• Integrate software components and third-party programs

• Verify and deploy programs and systems

• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software

• Gather and evaluate user feedback

• Recommend and execute improvements

• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting

Required Qualification:

• Should have a least 2 years of experience in Core Java/j2ee/spring ??

• Must have working experience on Spring MVC/ Spring Restful Web Services ??

• Good knowledge of multithreading and high volume server side development.

• Code optimization and debugging knowledge.

• Expert knowledge and understanding of object oriented concepts, software design patterns.

• Good problem solving skills and ability to simplify complex things while giving scalable solution.

• Knowledge of Web Services, XML, Junit

• Strong knowledge in PL/SQL or MYSQL and Solid grasp on relational database modeling and design.

• Familiarize with application server and deployment process

• Working experience in version control tools like SVN, CVS, Git or Version Source safe

• Working experience in UNIX and shell scripting

• Good communication skills.

• Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the technologies

• Degree in a computer discipline or relevant certification.
