Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sitecore Developer with 6+ years of experience in designing, developing, and managing enterprise-grade digital solutions using the Sitecore Experience Platform . You will be responsible for implementing scalable and personalized web experiences, leading development efforts, and ensuring adherence to Sitecore and .NET best practices.
Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain enterprise websites and applications using Sitecore XP/XM/XPaaS and the Microsoft .NET stack.
- Architect Sitecore solutions including templates, components, pipelines, workflows, and integrations.
- Lead and mentor development teams, conducting code reviews and enforcing Sitecore best practices.
- Integrate with third-party services including CRMs, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Customize Sitecore features such as personalization, content profiling, and marketing automation.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and DevOps teams to deliver high-performance, responsive solutions.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues, and support application performance optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest Sitecore releases, features, and industry trends.
- 6+ years of professional experience in web development with strong hands-on Sitecore expertise (Sitecore 9.x/10.x).
- Solid experience with ASP.NET MVC, C#, .NET Core , and Web API.
- Strong understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture and modular development.
- Experience with Sitecore SXA, JSS, or Headless CMS .
- Proficient in TDS, Unicorn, Glass.Mapper, or Sitecore CLI tools.
- Familiarity with personalization, analytics, engagement plans, and marketing automation in Sitecore.
- Experience with SQL Server, Solr, Azure Search, or other indexing/search services.
- Strong Git-based version control and CI/CD pipeline experience.
- Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership capabilities.
- Sitecore Developer Certification (Preferred).
- Experience with Sitecore XM Cloud or Headless CMS architecture .
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience deploying Sitecore on Azure PaaS or Kubernetes .
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy).
- Exposure to multi-site, multi-language Sitecore implementations.
