• The person in this role is responsible for performing the technical duties associated with cloud computing activities, RFID based mobile, desktop and web application development of Intellistride customers
• This can involve anything from designing cloud software and systems to implementing and maintaining them
• To thrive, it s essential for a Software Team Lead to have experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform with expertise in IT architecture, software development, and operations, and proven strategies scalability and disaster recovery
• To continue this transformation, we re seeking an experienced Software team lead with expertise and experience in leading the team, strategy, design, development, and implementation of medium to large-scale IoT projects based on RFID, Bluetooth, NFC, Barcode, and other automatic identification technologies
• The ideal candidate is experienced RFID related software applications deployed in cloud and On-Prem infrastructure, with a firm grasp of emerging technologies, platforms, and applications, and ability to customize them to help our business become more secure and efficient
• Extensive knowledge of SDLC, Software Testing (manual automated), deploying applications on cloud, experience managing staff, and advanced industry knowledge is key to keeping us on the cutting edge

Technical Skills/ Knowledge required:

• Azure certifications on DevOps, Cloud Architect

• Knowledge and experience working with HTTPS web services, API, REST, and RPC

• Understanding of and experience of well-architected frameworks

• Experience in several of the following areas: database architecture, ETL, business intelligence, big data, machine learning, advanced analytics, IoT. Experience in working with IOT projects is a must.

• OS Experience in developing application in Windows Server/Linux Environment

• Create and maintain demo instances on Azure cloud.

• RFID (LF,HF,UHF,ACTIVE) , BARCODE ,GPS,GPRS,EAS,MOBILES(Windows CE),
  C# , C , ASP.NET , VB , Modbus , UART , TTL , Wiegand ,RS232,RS485,RJ45,serial communication ,parallel communication ,Sensors,controllers,Zigbee, RaspberryPI2,Card Printers,Arduino ,Wireshark,CCTV - Must

• Proven ability to collaborative with multi-disciplinary teams of business analysts, developers, data scientists, and subject matter experts

• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts

• Upgrading, configuring, maintaining, and debugging existing systems

• Proven experience as a DevOps engineer, familiarity with Azure DevOps, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans, Artifacts

• Good written and spoken English language skills

• Experience in UI/UX design

• Experience in leading team of Android Developers

• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)

• Understanding of Agile methodologies

• Experience in following Scurm framework

• Experience in software development for RFID related and other IoT projects

• Interacting with Customers during requirement gathering phase Participate in requirement gathering, technical discussions with the customers.
• Analyze and manage existing and potential content Person will require to undertake the responsibility of analyzing the existing projects and work on optimization of the existing content.
• Help to prepare easy to understand and high-quality technical documentation - Make high-quality documentation that meets standards, is appropriate and easy to use.
• Create and maintain information architecture.
