We are seeking a passionate and motivated Software Developer with strong expertise in C++ for backend development and .NET for frontend development . The candidate will be working on building and enhancing an Execution Management System (EMS) OR Algo Engine used in Algorithmic Trading. This role provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and contribute to mission-critical trading applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend modules in C++ and frontend modules in .NET (Framework 4.8 / .NET Core 8).
Collaborate with the product and business teams to translate trading requirements into scalable solutions.
Work on system components related to order routing, execution, and trading logic.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following software design principles.
Debug, optimize, and ensure high performance of trading applications.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills & Technical Competencies:

Languages: C++, .NET Framework 4.8, .NET Core 8
Database: MySQL
Scripting: Bash (Linux environment)
Operating System: Linux
Strong understanding of arrays, memory management, and data structures (queues, stacks, etc.)
Knowledge of OOPs concepts, MVC architecture, and Design Patterns
Willingness to learn and adapt in a challenging environment

Domain Knowledge (Preferred):

Basic understanding of Capital Market Trading concepts such as Bid, Ask, Buy, Sell, Short Sell, Spread, etc.
Exposure to Algo Trading systems or financial applications will be an added advantage.
Knowledge on FIX protocol (Financial Information eXchange) is good to have.
