We are a product-based software company specializing in ERP solutions for educational institutions. Our platform supports key academic and administrative processes including Admissions, Student Information Management, Attendance, Examination Management, Finance, HR, Payroll, and Reporting. We are seeking a passionate Software Developer to join our product development team and contribute to the continuous enhancement and modernization of our Education ERP platform.

Responsibilities We are seeking a passionate Software Developer to join our product development team and contribute to the continuous enhancement and modernization of our Education ERP platform.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance ERP application modules using ASP.NET technologies.
• Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Build and maintain APIs and integration components.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Support, and Implementation teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Support modernization and continuous improvement initiatives within the ERP platform.

Requirement

• 3+ years of ASP.NET development experience with exposure to ASP.NET Core and modern .NET.
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET Framework.
• Experience working with ASP.NET Web Forms and/or ASP.NET MVC.
• Good understanding of SQL Server, stored procedures, views, and query optimization.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Experience with REST APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working on ERP, Education ERP, HRMS, CRM, or enterprise business applications.
• Familiarity with software architecture principles and design patterns.

AI-Assisted Development Skills (Preferred)

• Experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, Windsurf, or similar platforms.
• Ability to utilize AI tools for:
  • Code generation and refactoring
  • Debugging and troubleshooting
  • Technical documentation
  • SQL query optimization
  • Productivity enhancement
• Ability to validate, review, and test AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, and maintainability.

Employment Terms

• This position is offered on a 24-month fixed-term contract basis.
• Upon successful completion of the contract period, employees may be considered for permanent employment based on performance, project requirements, business needs, and management approval.
