Role & Responsibilities
Software Architect Embedded III
Design and develop software architecture for automotive ECU and embedded systems.
Provide technical guidance for Embedded C development, ECU integration, debugging and validation.
Define and integrate AUTOSAR software architecture including BSW, MCAL, RTE, OS and communication/diagnostic stacks.
Work hands-on with Vector DaVinci Configurator/Developer and EB tresos for AUTOSAR configuration and integration.
Support MCU/MPU-based ECU development, board bring-up, bootloader, firmware flashing and hardware-software integration.
Develop and integrate automotive communication protocols including CAN, LIN, Ethernet, TCP/IP and UDS.
Debug MCU peripherals such as SPI, I2C, UART, PWM, ADC and GPIO.
Use tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, PCAN, Wireshark, Trace32/Lauterbach and JTAG debuggers.
Drive software design reviews, technical problem solving, integration and validation activities.
Apply RTOS concepts, ISO 26262, functional safety and ASPICE practices.
Collaborate with OEM, Tier-1 and distributed engineering teams and provide technical leadership.
Preferred Candidate Profile
8+ years of experience in Automotive Embedded Software Development.
Strong hands-on experience in Embedded C, AUTOSAR and ECU software architecture.
Experience with MCAL/BSW/RTE, DaVinci, EB tresos and ECU integration.
Strong automotive communication and diagnostics experience with CAN, LIN, Ethernet and UDS.
Experience with MCU/MPU/SoC-based systems, low-level drivers, RTOS and hardware-software debugging.
Automotive OEM, Tier-1, semiconductor or embedded platform experience preferred.
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
