Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver soft skills training programs for clients across various industries.
• Conduct needs assessment to identify gaps in employee skills and develop customized training solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored services.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in corporate training, development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
