Soft Skills Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver soft skills training programs for clients across various industries.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and develop customized training solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored services.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective communication techniques.
• Ability to analyze client needs and design relevant training programs.
• Proficiency in using technology-based tools for delivery (e.g., virtual platforms).
