Job Summary
The Facilities Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day facility operations, vendor coordination, maintenance activities, workplace services, health and safety compliance, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.

Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad
Requirements
- Education: Graduate (mandatory)
- Experience: 2-3 years in soft services/housekeeping operations
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Preference for candidates with Internal Job Posting (IJP) experience
Roles Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping and cleaning operations
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain hygiene standards
- Manage staff deployment and shift allocations
- Handle service requests and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain logs, reports, and compliance documentation
Work Details
- Schedule: 6 days per week
- Shift: Rotational shift
- 7AM-4PM
- 1PM-10PM
- 10PM-7AM
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiner
- Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48
