Drools is looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Manager – International Markets (Exports) to manage the social media presence of our export brands across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms across international markets, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and relevant regional platforms.
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.
• Create engaging, localized content in collaboration with internal creative teams and country partners.
• Coordinate with importers and distributors across international markets.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and product launches.
• Monitor community engagement and coordinate timely responses to customer queries.
• Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all international social media channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience managing social media for consumer brands.
• Experience handling multiple international markets is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, YouTube, and social media management tools.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across different time zones.
