Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow multiple social media handles (Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook) with a focus on engagement and follower growth.
• Identify and leverage social media trends especially in the last 6 months to craft high-performing campaigns and viral content.
• Build and execute content calendars and social media plans aligned with brand and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce engaging, share-worthy posts that resonate with finance and investment audiences.
• Analyze performance metrics, track audience growth, and optimize strategies for better reach and conversions.
• Manage influencer collaborations, paid promotions, and partnerships to amplify social visibility.
• Stay updated with algorithm changes, trending formats, and emerging platforms to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing multiple social media accounts for finance, fintech, or investment brands.
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing viral content strategies.
• Strong understanding of what is trending in the last 6 months across social platforms.
• Experience in using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.) to measure growth and engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and trend-spotting instincts.
• Strategic mindset with creativity and data-driven decision-making.

Good to Have

• Experience running paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of crypto, stocks, or personal finance domains.
• Experience with YouTube growth and Shorts strategy.
