Role Responsibilities: Travel for weddings and shoots as required
- As the Social Media Content Editor, you will be responsible for refining and elevating all short-form content to meet the brands premium luxury destination wedding standards.
- Edit short-form reels from raw footage captured by the content and film teams.
- Maintain consistency in visual tone, pacing, color grading, typography and music selection.
- Ensure all published content adheres strictly to the established brand guidelines.
- Optimize videos for platform formatting, hook structure and viewer retention.
- Implement revisions based on feedback from the strategy and leadership team.
- Maintain quality control across all published short-form content.
- 24 years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong command over DaVinci Resolve or equivalent professional software.
- A refined portfolio demonstrating storytelling, pacing and premium aesthetics.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in visual execution.
- Ability to work full-time, in-house within a collaborative creative environment.
